Hers's 10-string Shallow-Body Small Jumbo Cutaway with a Carpathian Spruce top and Walnut sides and back. Built for Joel Blumert by luthier Dave Charbonneau http://www.dcluthier.com/ Headstock is Ginko leaf inlaid into purpleheart headstock. Great guitars Bob. That satin wood seems to have a greenish tint to it. Is that actual color or is it an artifact of the lighting and photography. John |

John the wood is actually golden color with no green so I'm assuming it's something with the lighting. Ya know blue and yellow mix = green cast. |

Howard that was cut from a walnut board that was 5/4 x 10" x 84" l. Of course I don't know where on the tree the board was cut from but it didn't appear to be a crotch. |
